Kvôli zložitej geopolitickej situácii sa Slováci čoraz viac obávajú nedostatku zemného plynu a konečnom v dôsledku najmä vysokých cien za túto surovinu. V zime by drahý plyn mohol spôsobiť to, že si Slováci nebudú môcť doma dostatočne zakúriť a budú musieť mrznúť vo vlastných príbytkoch.
S pomocou prichádza vláda SR, podľa ktorej sa pri problémoch tohto typu vždy vie uplatniť príroda. Ministerstvo sociálnych vecí a rodiny spája sily s ministerstvom hospodárstva a životného prostredia. „Využijeme riešenie, aké nám ponúka príroda. Napríklad medvede v zime hibernujú a žiadny plyn im tým pádom nechýba“, píše sa v stanovisku.
Podľa ministra Budaja má Slovensko dosť medveďov, ktoré ochotne naučia Slovákov, ako celú zimu prespať. Na tieto kurzy sa zapísať môže každý na svojom úrade práce. Tento kurz bude klasifikovaný ako rekvalifikačný a bude zdarma. Počas hibernácie bude zdravotné poistenie občanov hradiť štát.
S vyhľadaním a prípadne vykonaním vhodného brlohu pomôžu pracovníci miestnych úradov.
