Za našimi hranicami sa medzičasom Ukrajina pripravuje na protiofenzívu a kriticky na to potrebuje zbrane od štátov NATO. Časť týchto zbraní je na front transportovaná práve cez Slovensko.
Kým cez zimu nebol s transportom ťažkých zbraní žiadny problém napriek tuhým mrazom a metrovým závejom na cestách, jar prináša so sebou väčšiu prekážku. Nanešťastie pre NATO, slovenskí cyklisti sú experti pokiaľ ide o blokovanie premávky. Kvôli tomu trvá transport tankov na východne hranice aj niekoľko týždňov.
Americkí tankisti sa sťažujú tiež na to, že cyklisti si nedávajú pozor a odbočku signalizujú v poslednej chvíli alebo vôbec. Manévrujú pritom medzi cyklochodníkom, chodníkom a cestou bez toho aby brali ohľad nato, že sú na ceste obrnené vozidlá a tanky. Nevšímajú si ich. Cesty sú pritom v takom dezolátnom stave, že transport je už aj tak nákladný a nebezpečný. NATO zvažuje, že Slovensko bude kvôli cyklistom úplne vylúčené zo skupiny štátov, s ktorými sa spolupracuje pri transporte zbraní.
