Kresťanskej únií sa podarilo pretlačiť do druhého čítania návrh zákona, ktorý uľahčí ženám rozhodnutie o tom, či si dieťa nechajú alebo nie.
Podľa tohto návrhu bude mať každá žena po otehotnení 15 rokov na rozmyslenie, či si dieťa nechá alebo nie. Až po tomto období sa bude môcť prípadne rozhodnúť pre interupciu. Podľa Záborskej to nijako ženy neobmedzí, len to poskytne viac času, aby si žena svoje konanie slobodne premyslela. „K tomu by každá žena mala dostať 9 mesačnú ochrannú väzbu, z dôvodu ochrany jej života, ale aj života dieťaťa“, tvrdí.
Podľa návrhu Záborskej by sa tiež mal zmeniť aj názov úkonu z „umelé prerušenie tehotenstva“ na „psychopatická vražda nevinného anjelika“. Keď sa žena aj tak rozhodne pre interupciu, zostane povolaná komisia pozostávajúca z exorcistov, rehoľných sestier, kotlebovcov, štátnych úradníkov a internetových diskutérov, ktorým bude musieť žena svoje konanie rozumne zdôvodniť. Predsedkyňou komisie bude sama Záborská, ktorá bude musieť rozhodnutie odsúhlasiť. „Ide len o dodatočnú formalitu, nikto žene nezabráni sa rozhodnúť inak“, myslí si Záborská.
Tieto opatrenia by podľa KU mali každej žene dať viac priestoru na slobodné rozhodnutie o nevykonaní interupcie. „Keď nebudeme robiť nič, tak liberáli povolia interupciu do 30 rokov po narodení, na západe už sa to deje“, tvrdí predsedníčka Kresťanskej únie.
K návrhom o pomoci už narodeným deťom sa Záborská nevedela vyjadriť. „Nepýtaj sa ma hlúposti, Krista“, uzavrela s tým, že keď sa žena rozhodne si dieťa nechať, má byť schopná sa oň aj postarať
