Dušan Dedeček, ktorý zabil 5 ľudí bezohľadnou jazdou na Zochovej ulici bol právoplatne odsúdený minulý týžden na bezpodmienečný trest 15 rokov. Včera v skorých ranných hodinách však polícia vykonala u Dušana Dedečka prehliadku auta nakoľko dostali anonymný tip, že v jeho aute by sa mohla nachádzať marihuana.
Polícia potvrdila, že v aute odsúdeného zaistili jeden joint a podľa expertízy sa jedná o marihuanu. Z jointa by sa podľa polície dalo vyrobiť až 641 jednorazových dávok drogy. Súd tieto skutočnosti vzal do úvahy a Dedečkovi vymeral doživotný trest a prepadnutie celého majetku.
Súd argumentoval tým, že bezohľadnou jazdou boli ohrození maximálne ľudia na Zochovej ulici, no fajčením marihuany Dedeček ohrozoval nebezpečnými výparmi celý svet a je otázne koľko ľudí zabil pasívnym fajčením, preto sa ho rozhodol exemplárne potrestať.
Takisto je veľký rozdiel či sa niekto opije a potom mu príde niečo súrne a musí šoférovať alebo bezohľadne a účelovo sa rozhodne zapáliť satanovu rastlinu aj keď vie aké fatálne následky to má na svoje široké okolie – uzavrel súd.
