Podľa Richarda Vašečku je pozeranie sa na pornografický video-materiál niečo podobné ako keď sa človek pozerá na popravu a nesnaží sa jej zabrániť. Richard poctivo analyzoval niekoľko videí. Podľa nich je vraj zrejmé, že ani na jednom sa účastníci videa nesnažili o splodenie potomka.
„Najtvrdší hriešnici sú vo videách kde sa praktizuje tzv. „grupáč“. Účastníci takýchto videí by mali byť postavení pred súd za genocídu. Rovnakí satanovi prisluhovači sú aj ľudia, ktorí sa na túto sodomu-gomoru prizerajú a nekonajú.“ Doplnil pán poslanec Vašečka.
Ústavni právnici namietajú, že ľudí nemožno stíhať za pozeranie takýchto videí. Richard argumentuje, že tým pádom by mali byť nevinní aj nacistickí vojaci, ktorí v koncentračným táboroch nevraždili ale iba sa prizerali.
Či sa podarí presadiť tento moderný zákon je teda zatiaľ otázne.
